How to make a SWF or flash video not repeat (stop repeat) SWFObject

This does not seem to work anyone know how to make a video not repeat?

The sort answer / solution is you can't.

You have to change the .swf file and add a frame to stop the flash video / clip at the end. This has to be done in the flash file itself.
