If you are having problems with your emails constantly going into SPAM or not being delivered. There is a good chance that your server has been blacklisted.
In most cases people don't send out spam from their servers. Although if you are like me and sit on a shared server with 100 or more other people. There is good chance you are sharing that server with a spammer. This means his code is on the same server and most likely the same IP address as you. Obviously with the exception that you have SSL installed and need a separate IP address.
Either way finding out if your IP address, therefor your server, is blocked has always been a major headache for me. Your ISP would handle this right? Wrong. Whoever is hosting your site generally does a little as possible to keep you happy to pay them every month.
So if you want to check if your server is on some of the major SPAM blacklists you can go to this nifty lookup tool MX Lookup Tool
1. Click on the blacklist heading 2. Type in your domain name: example phpin24.co.za 3. Click lookup
It will immediately tell you if you are on any of the SPAM lists. You can then either use their premium services or just contact your ISP directly to resolve this.
