This seems to be an issue with the new version of adobe acrobat 9. Some of my clients upgraded to the new version of adobe acrobat reader 9.1.3 which caused it to print only the first page of a document. On MS Word, Excel, Notepad and all other programs it prints 100% fine.
SOLUTION:
Install an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. I used version 7.
